Why Zinc?
Zinc alloys provide excellent mechanical properties - high-impact strength, hardness and rigidity, excellent ductility, long-term stability and corrosion resistance.

Why Die Casting?
The process allows wide freedom of shape, with great intricacy of design and dimensional accuracy.

Is it expensive?
You enjoy low per-part production costs, with little or no need for further expensive finishing.

What about sand casting?
Sand casting allows for low tooling cost, and the process is ideal for short-runs.

What about the finish?
Tolerances are not as close - nor the finish as perfect as with Die Casting. However, this may serve as a practical solution for some products.
